Our Year 8s engaging in a week-long Erasmus project with Assisi Secondary School! We kicked off with participants from both countries engaging in fun activities, including an enlightening presentation about our nations. Day 2 involved reflection sessions and visits to the aviation museum and Malta Book Fair, enhancing our connection. Italian students enjoyed a cultural visit to Valletta in the afternoon. The next day we delved into online presence and safety, sparking essential discussions and interactive learning.
We explored the sunny island of Gozo, visiting the Citadella, Ġgantija temples, and hiking in Wied il-Mielah. Next we were enchanted by Mdina and had a blast at Għajn Tuffieħa bay, playing beach games and savoring a stunning sunset with delicious Maltese ftira. The project concluded with a meaningful closing session, exchanging experiences and gifts. It’s been an unforgettable journey of cultural exchange, learning, and laughter, and we cherish the new friendships. Until next time, Assisi Secondary School!
