Live-In Y8s
Year 8s shared the experience of living together while sharing memorable experiences. Following a BBQ at Dwejra, the lads went to Birżebbuġa where they watched the film “Wonder”. This brought up various points of discussion to help the youngsters assimilate essential human values.
On the second lads had a workshop on how fragile we can feel due to past experiences. The aim of the game was to explore ways and means how we can help each other within a group when someone is feeling sad or is struggling. The rest of the day just went by like a tap of an eye as the group played Monopoly, prepared a delicious pizza, went to the beach and then concluded with the Eucharistic celebration and a football match at the Oratorju Salesjani Dingli. Thanks to Mr Andrew Peplow, Youth Worker and other members of staff who have organised the live-in.
