Sports Day 2024
The boys buzzed with excitement during its action-packed sports day, featuring a variety of thrilling track and field events in our annual Sports Day at St. Patrick’s. The event that pulsated with energy, teamwork, and competitive spirit, was held at the Savio College grounds in Dingli.
It was a day where students eagerly showcased their athletic prowess and sportsmanship. The students represented their houses or classes, fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie.
Beyond mere physical activity, sports day instills valuable life lessons such as discipline, resilience, and the importance of teamwork. It’s a platform where students learn to set goals, strive for excellence, and gracefully accept both victory and defeat.
The cheers of classmates and the encouragement from teachers created an environment of support and encouragement, boosting morale and fostering a sense of belonging. It was a very well organised event, by Mr. Alessio, our sports master. Big well done to all!
